Lisa Frank
Lisa Frank has over 25 years of major label experience working at Elektra Entertainment, Sony Music International, and Interscope/Geffen Records working with artists such as Mary J Blige, Nelly Furtado, Common, Blink 182, Snoop Dogg, Counting Crows, The Cure, Ricky Martin, and Oasis, to name a few. Most recently Lisa was SVP, Video Promotion and Strategic Marketing at Interscope/Geffen Records and was in charge of strategizing and securing video airplay on all national broadcast channels for the Geffen artist roster as well as incorporating music into brand’s marketing strategy and campaigns. Currently, her company works with a wide range of artists from Sam Smith, Halsey, Big Sean, The Killers, Alessia Cara to Steve Aoki and Marshmello.

Michelle Welch worked at Columbia Records for over 17 years where her most recent position was VP, Video Promotion & Artist Relations. Michelle worked with all national video outlets and well as regional shows and secured artist appearances and performances for all video networks. Artist campaigns she’s worked on include: Aerosmith, Beyonce, Five For Fighting, NAS, Bow Wow, Destiny’s Child, Jessica Simpson, Our Lady Peace, Ricky Martin among others.

Tina Dunn started promoting music videos for Island Records in 1989. She spearheaded the successful campaigns of numerous high profile artists including U2, Melissa Etheridge, Salt-N-Pepa, PJ Harvey and Elton John. She then spent nearly ten years at Hollywood Records/Walt Disney, where she helped launch the careers of Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Breaking Benjamin and Hilary Duff, among others.

Dwayne possesses nearly 20 years of experience of working in visual content strategy at major music labels, Universal Motown, Geffen, MCA, and EMI Records. While at MCA, one year he was named, “Urban Promotion Executive of the Year.” During his career, Dwayne has had the pleasure of working with countless multi-platinum, award winning artists including Nelly, Erykah Badu, Common, Mary J. Blige, New Found Glory, Snoop Dogg, and New Edition.
